New Online Banking Coming Soon!

 Bill Pay will be unavailable from July 8th until July 12th and Online Banking will be unavailable starting at 10:00 a.m. on Monday July 11th until Tuesday July 12th at 9:00 a.m.

FirstLight is building the ultimate Online Banking experience for our members. Beginning on July 12, you will be able to view your balances, access your transaction history, transfer funds between accounts and much more.

All on One Page. You will have the opportunity to add all your accounts to one login and use FirstLight's Finance Manager to pull in your account information from other Financial Insitutions and serves as a money management and budgeting tool.

Pay your Bills Faster. Our new Bill Pay provider will process more of your payments electronically right from your Online Banking account.

Improved Security. Touch ID is available for FirstLight's new Mobile App for iPhone/iPads. This technology uses your fingerprint as another quick, convenient and secure way for members to log in.

Exciting New Features. Leverage a powerful new mobile solution with exciting new features for tablets and smart phones.

What can I expect?

  • The upgrade requires that Bill Pay access will be unavailable from July 8 until the morning of July 12.
  • Online access will be unavailable starting at 10:00 a.m. on Monday July 11th until Tuesday July 12th at 9:00 a.m.
  • When you log in to the new system, you will enter your current username but will no longer use your current password. Instead, you must enter a temporary password upon your first login, f + 1st 4 of SSN + DOB in MMDDYY .  You can then change your password for future use.
  • All of your account information, your scheduled automatic payments and Bill Pay payees will seamlessly transition to the new system.
  • The new Online Banking will feature innovative solutions, including tools that allow you to see your complete financial picture, track your spending habits, set budget goals and more — all on one screen.

What steps should I take?

  • Ensure that we have your current email address on file so you do not miss any important reminders or notifications we will send you via email in the coming weeks.
  • If you have bills due while Bill Pay is unavailable from July 8 to July 11, be sure to schedule those bills for payment prior to July 8 at 8:00 a.m. to help ensure that they are paid on schedule.
