UTEP Partnership (2015-2016)

FirstLight Federal Credit Union is proud to be a UTEP Athletics Main Sponsor again this year for Football and Basketball as well as being the exclusive Battle of I-10 Sponsor.

As a Battle of I-10 sponsor, FirstLight Federal Credit Union supports all sports including Football, Basketball (Men’s and Women’s), Volleyball, Softball and Soccer. The dates for the upcoming Battle of I-10 games are as follow:

Women’s Soccer:        September 9^th, 2015 at NMSU at 4pm.

Men’s Football:           September 19^th, 2015 at NMSU

Women’s Volleyball:   October 20^th, 2015 at NMSU

Women’s Basketball:  December 5^th, 2015 at NMSU

Men’s Basketball:      December 19^th, 2015 at UTEP (Entitlement Game)

Our sponsorship game for 2015 Football season is scheduled for November 21^st at 1:30 pm vs. Louisiana Tech. This is a televised game as well as the last home game and UTEP will be celebrating senior night. FirstLight is honoring the seniors and their families with a commemorative ceremony at pre-game. A special half-time show will also help celebrate FirstLight’s 60^th Anniversary of serving our community.

In addition to our sponsorship game, FirstLight Federal Credit Union supports UTEP Miners with the following:

• UTEP’s FIRSTLIGHT FIRSTDOWN! This became a staple last season and we will continue to leverage this sponsorship using the tagline “Picks Up, Take a Pic! #FIRSTLIGHTFIRSTDOWN” at every football game using social media outlets. This will also include a 15 sec spot on radio at all home and away games.
• Miner Vision Jumbotron Commercial & PA Announcement at every football home game.
• Sun Bowl Stadium Field Wrap (East & West) – FirstLight logo will be prominently displayed on all four corners of the field.
• Sun Bowl Stadium Concourse Sign
• Print Ad in the football program all season long.

Our sponsorship game for 2015-2016 Basketball season will be December 19, 2015 at the Don Haskins Center against NM State. This is our Battle of I-10 game and we encourage all our UTEP and Aggie Fans to join us for this exciting game.

In addition to our basketball sponsorship game, FirstLight Federal Credit Union supports UTEP Miners with the following:

• Don Haskins Basketball Court - Upper Goal Pads – FirstLight logo will be displayed on the goal pads
• Auxiliary Board Signs – FirstLight logo will be displayed twice on the scoreboard
• 40 ft. LED Scoreboard Sign – FirstLight logo and messaging will display on the court in rotation
• Print Ad in the basketball program all season long
