Setting Up Alerts on Your Account

For your FirstLight Accounts

To setup alerts on your accounts, login to your FirstLight account. Select "Additional Services" from the main menu and select "Text Banking & Alerts" from the drop-down menu.



Then, click on the "Add an alert button" to create a new alert, or select one of the pre-generated alert options to get started. 

For your FirstLight Cards

You can do so by selecting “Card Control” under “My Cards” in online or mobile banking and then selecting “Set Declines and Alerts.”  This is also where you can switch your card on and off for more security when not using your card.
