FirstLight is ready to kick off the school year! El Paso County Housing Authority, TX, provides housing assistance to the homeless and low-income families in the county. Unfortunately, many of the families that reside under our Public Housing programs struggle financially and cannot afford to purchase back to school supplies for their Children.
