Payment Options

FirstLight Online or Mobile App: Make one-time or automatic payments easily by transferring funds using your digital wallet or with FirstLight's online or mobile banking.

You can pay with:

Your FirstLight Checking or Savings Account
An external checking or savings account (routing and account number needed)
Create Default Boxes: Log In Enroll

Other Payment Options:

Pay your loan at any FirstLight Engagement Center

Pay at an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM)

ITMs allow members to make payments on their loans. ITMs are available 24/7 at our FirstLight Engagement Centers.

Pay by Phone: To process an electronic or Debit card payment over the phone, call 866.310.6919.
Bill Pay: FirstLight can accept bill pay from your financial institution. Please remember the bill pay service will mail us a check, and payments will not post on the same day they are drafted from your bank or credit union.
Mail a Check: Please include your Member Number in the memo line, then mail to:

External Payments

To make a payment immediately, or pay from another financial institution just have your FirstLight member number and register. There is a $15.00 convenience fee for this payment method. Use our online payment service to make payments to: Auto Loans, Signature Loans, and/or Revolving Lines of Credit.

Is there a fee to use the online payment service?

There is a $15.00 convenience fee to use this service. If the payment exceeds $650 please contact the credit union.
Can I pay my mortgage or credit card with the online payment service?

If you need to make a payment on your mortgage or credit card, please log in to online banking.
What do I do if I forget my user ID?

You will need to re-register and choose a new username which is your email address.
How do I reset my password? What if I can’t remember my password?

Click on "Forgot your Password?" and follow the steps to reset the password.
I can log in, but I cannot make a payment.

If you can log in, but cannot make a payment, it means you do not have eligible accounts, or you do not have a payment due on a FirstLight loan.
I am a joint account holder. Can I register in my name?

Registration will be accepted as long as the email address is existent on another account.

Note: Do NOT use this payment method to pay off vehicle loans in full because it may result in a delay in receiving your title. Please contact FirstLight Federal Credit Union directly (by phone or in person) about paying off your vehicle.
