It feels like just yesterday when we first introduced her, and in the past three years, we've seen her grow, evolve, and bring so much assistance to our members. We couldn't have done it without your support, feedback, and enthusiasm. Here's to many more years of innovation, fun, and connection with LUNA! We can't wait to see where the next chapter takes us.

Where can you find Luna

On our Homepage

Easy, simply visit our home page and she can be found on the bottom right-hand corner of the page. And better yet she's on mobile as well. Click on the chat icon and go ahead, start chatting with Luna today!

On the Phone

When you call FirstLight Federal Credit Union at 800.351.1670, Luna will be your first interaction point and present you with a new conversational voice-driven experience to service your call.

Online Banking

You can chat with Luna via the chat icon on located on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

To speak with a live Member Representative, simply let Luna know in the chat you would like to speak with a Live Representative and she will connect you with a live person via chat.

Mobile Banking

  1. Log-in to Mobile Banking, and on the bottom options, click-on "More"
  2. Find and click on "Luna - Virtual Assistant"
  3. Start chatting with Luna!

To speak with a live Member Representative via Mobile Banking, simply click on "More", then find and click on "Live Chat" and you'll be connected to a Live Representative.


What can you ask Luna

You can ask Luna just about anything and she will answer to the best of her ability, yep both via chat or over the phone! If for any reason there is something she cannot help you with, she will refer you to speak with one of our friendly representatives.

You can ask her:

  • How do I get into my account?
  • How do I redeem my Rewards points?
  • Holiday Hours
  • And so much more!

Helpful Tips when speaking to Luna:

  • When speaking to Luna, please remember to speak clearly and keep background noise low to avoid call interruption.
  • Luna unfortunately doesn't speak Spanish yet, but on the onset of the call, you may press 1 to continue in Spanish.
  • Say "speak to a representative" to be connected with a FirstLight Federal Credit Union Member Representative.
  • Say "back to the main menu" or "cancel" if you need to start over.
  • When entering numerical information, such as your account number, press # on your phone's touch pad at the end of each entry, and Luna will know you are done.
  • To conduct simple banking transactions you will be asked to enter your Telephone Banking Pin, the same one you used with PAL.
    • If you do not remember your PIN and need to reset your PIN, you will be asked to press 1, enter the last 5 of SSN and zip code.
    • If you do not have a PIN and need to set-up a new PIN, please ensure you are calling from a phone number associated with your account. Your new PIN must be at least 6 digits.
