To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and in compliance with CDC recommendations, beginning Monday, June 22nd, our branches will reopen by appointment only by calling 1-800-351-1670 to schedule your appointment if necessary. Branches are only accepting appointments with Member Experience Representative (MER). Our lobby teller lines will remain closed for the time being. Only the member that is conducting the transaction will be allowed into the branch and MUST wear a mask.
We encourage you to use the drive thru, Live Video Banking, Live Chat, our Interactive Video Tellers and ATMs.

ATMS at Branch Drive-Thrus
As a FirstLight member, you also have access to over 100 El Paso and Las Cruces ATMs including 7-levens and Walgreens* and nearly 30,000 nationwide no-fee ATMs through the CO-OP Network.

Video Tellers Thru Interactive Teller Machines
You may conduct some transactions that you would normally do with a teller inside our branch in real-time. Our Video Teller Machines are located at branch entrances listed below and do not require an appointment.
