As the COVID-19 still has so many unknown factors, FirstLight will REQUIRE EACH MEMBER OR VISITOR TO WEAR A MASK to come into the branch. While the branches are opening, we highly encourage you to take advantage of transacting your business through our digital channels like our NEW Live Video Banking—a virtual platform where you can speak to a local credit union employee to transfer funds, apply for a loan, or even make a wire transfer. We have other options to connect with the FirstLight—albeit our online and mobile banking platforms, Live Chat and our Interactive Video Tellers/ATMs. And of course, we too enjoy seeing you through the drive thru to assist with your transactions.

The safest and easiest way to access your money 24 hours a day during this time is through our online banking services. If you do not have it on your mobile phone, now is a good time to download our app at the App Store or Google Play, or sign up for online banking on our website.
ATMS at Branch Drive-Thrus
As a FirstLight member, you also have access to over 100 El Paso and Las Cruces ATMs including 7-levens and Walgreens* and nearly 30,000 nationwide no-fee ATMs through the CO-OP Network.

Video Tellers Thru Interactive Teller Machines
You may conduct some transactions that you would normally do with a teller inside our branch in real-time. Our Video Teller Machines are located at branch entrances listed below and do not require an appointment.

Signature & Auto Loans
Until October 14, 2020, Skip-a-pay will be available at no cost and we will not be limiting the number of skip-a-payments to 2 per year or requiring 3 payments in between uses as stated in our existing policy. As of October 15, 2020, FirstLight will be reinstating all Pre-COVID-19 requirements for our Skip a Payment program. For full details on the program please click here. We continue to offer assistance during this time as we understand many individuals and families may continue to experience hardships. You may still be eligible for a Holiday Skip-A-Payment. To see if you qualify, please visit the Skip-A-Payment request located within your Online Banking homepage at your convenience.
