Member experience is our priority.

COMING SOON - LUNA our Virtual Assistant will be joining our Member Contact Center! Now, not only will Luna be able to help you navigate our website via chat - but now she will also be able to assist you when you call into our Member Contact Center.

When you call FirstLight Federal Credit Union, Luna will be your first interaction and present you with a new conversational voice-driven experience to service your call.

Luna will be available to help you receive information quickly or to conduct a transaction when you call, any time of day.  It’s easy, all you will have to do is tell her in a few words what you need help with, and she will assist you immediately.

 

Our Member Service Representatives will continue to be available during normal business hours to assist you. Luna helps create more time for our representatives to focus on your member experience. 

In preparation for Luna’s arrival in the Contact Center, we need your help to ensure we have your most updated contact information. Please ensure your follow your departments procedures when updating members contact information. This will allow us to provide you with the best experience possible, as we will be able to recognize the number you are calling from.
