Personal Access Line (PAL)

PALWith PAL Voice Response Service, your financial information is as close as any touch tone phone. PAL is easy to use and gives you instant access to your FirstLight FCU account(s) 24 hours a day.

PAL provides helpful voice instructions to guide you through each step. If for any reason you decide to stop an inquiry or transaction in progress, simply press the asterisk(*) button.

Here are just some of the transactions you can conduct through PAL:

  • Listen to your account balances and transaction history
  • Check on cleared checks and withdrawals
  • Inquire about share certificate maturity and dividend payments
  • Order a check withdrawal
  • Transfer funds to another account, or another member's account
  • Check current loan and dividend rates
  • Change your PIN

 

How to Use PAL Voice Response

  • Call from El Paso, 751-1147, or toll-free from anywhere else, 1-800-362-9076.
  • Select 1 - for English or 2 - for Spanish
  • Select 1 - for all current rates or 3 - to use PAL Voice Response.
  • Follow these simple steps to access you accounts.
    1. Enter your account number followed by the pound sign(#).
    2. Enter your 6 to 10 digit personal identification number.
    3. Select an option.
